In North Dakota, the ‘pretty’ part of a patio is the easy part. The real challenge is surviving our extreme freeze-thaw cycles and heavy clay soil. Most patios in Fargo fail because they lack a proper foundation. We do things differently.
Soil Stabilization: We use commercial-grade geo-fabrics to keep your base stone from sinking into the native clay.
Deep-Compacted Bases: While others do the minimum, we install an engineered angular rock base to prevent frost heave.
Active Drainage: We manage water flow under the surface so it never has a chance to move your stone.
